Coached Cycling Training Sessions at River Trails Cycles


Just a reminder about the great opportunity to work on your cycling technique and get a jump start on your cycle training.   

How is this different from a spinning class?

·       - You are riding your bike – which has been sized and fitted for YOU and only you (no need to constantly readjust seat and handlebar positions to get it “close”)
        - The coach has been educated about cycling technique, pedal stroke, foot angles, etc….
·       - The classes within each session are custom to a specific outcome
o   Test ride to determine heart rate zones
o   Cadence affect on heart rate
o   Cruise intervals with simulated hills
o   Muscular strength
o   Power building
o   Rest and recovery

 There are 3 options:
·        - 2 classes per week – eligible for 10% discount (Standard price is $60 for a 4-week session)
·       - 3 classes per week- eligible for 10% discount (Standard price is $90 for a 4-week session)
·       - 1 class per week  - $35 for a 4-week session

In addition, due to the feedback from the one-week FREE trial, we will be offering classes at the following times:  M-Th at 6 pm, Friday at 6am and Sunday at 11am. First class is Monday January 7th!

*Please note that participation waivers must be signed & sessions must be paid for in advance.
