SWIM:
Winter:
YMCA North Tues/Thurs 5:00-6:00 am, Sun 9:00 am
YMCA La Crosse Tues/Thurs 5:00-6:00 am
check www.laxymca.org for other organized swim times

Summer:

Lake Neshonoc beach, West Salem:

Tues and Thurs there are swim groups that meet between 5:30-6:30 am depending on who is swimming. Swim usually starts end of May depending on water temps and end August-September depending on water quality. Bike/Run training may also happen after swim.

Black River Beach:

Tues and Thurs there are swim groups that meet between 5:30-6:30 am depending on who is swimming.Meet in the parking lot. Starts early June and goes till fall as the moving water keeps the water quality later in the season then lake Neshonoc.

BIKE:
Summer:
Group Ride: Wednesday night at 6:30. Group ride starting from trail head on at Midway on OT. Ride is a no drop that's pace will adapt to who shows up.   Ride will be easier on the weeks before the Thursday TT. If you have any questions contact Ron Rasque or post on our Facebook group.

Time Trial: Thursday night at 6:30. Meet at Swarthout Park, Brice Prairie. Race is two loops on a marked course for 20K (13.6 miles). Time trial is a timed event with racers starting every 30 seconds. This is a race against the clock with all levels and abilities welcome. First and third thursdays each month are racetimes unless specified, dates will be posted before each race. If you have any questions contact Mike Bouska or post on our Facebook group.

RUN:
Summer:
We will be having a group run on Tuesday morning at 5:15 am from the La Crosse YMCA. 45 minute easy run. If you have any questions contact Maggie Fournier or post on our Facebook group.


Running with the Running Club:
Saturdays, 6:30 a.m. from Downtown YMCA with Running Club. Tends to be faster runners, with a return trip to pick up the 7:00 a.m. runners (see below).

Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. from Downtown YMCA with Running Club. Miles vary from 3 up. Join River City Running Club to get their weekly emails for runs/mileages.  www.rivercityrunningclub.org

Sundays, 7:30 a.m. at Mitchell Hall parking lot, across from the Eagle’s Nest at campus. Steady, always the same 6 mile run down Main Street to Riverside Park, along Front Street, through Houska Park, past the Brewery, through Viterbo and back to campus. (this run with Running Club)
